The new wolt UI is so bad 💔

Its designed now to show restaurants that pay to stay on top on Wolt more often, just use the search button and type the restaurant manually. Works better that way.

I have a venue on wolt.

They’re doing everything they can to make the venues pay more and more money to appear on top. You have to scroll down so far to even see your favourites now, the UI is a mess and a joke. If you don’t pay for ads + campaigns + agree to their monthly special promotions, you will NEVER even sniff the front page. The numbers showing us new customers have shown us a rather large drop off these past 2 months. They will also make it so you appear lower and lower in the search.

Along with the ads, campaigns, special promotions, commission and VAT, up to 55% of the money you pay sometimes doesn’t even go to the venue.

Still no way to dispute deductions or ratings btw. Joke of a company.

And the prices, damn high compared to the shops. I’ve quit using Wolt unless is urgent, far and the weather very bad.

I agree with you & I don’t know why they keep changing the interface, to what end? Is it to make us use the app less out of sheer annoyance?
