Monument to Vasil Levski in Russia. I’m kidding, it is located in Cuba, and in Russia there is still no monument to Levski

Levski’s bust is located in the city of Cienfuegos, Cuba, and was erected in 1981 as a sign of respect for the thousands of Bulgarian workers who then participated in the industrialization of Cuba and the construction of the nitrogen fertilizer plant Combinado de Fertilizantes Nitrogenados (which, by the way, currently bears the name of Vasil Levski).

In our “brotherly” Russia, there is still not a single monument to the Apostle, which is interpreted as a sign of disrespect to Levski (who was against Russian imperialist interests in Bulgaria).
