Found an older Photo – Does anyone know where this is?

I was there in 2017 when I was in the military but can’t remember where. Unfortunately it’s low res so I can’t really zoom in.

Also why does a post have to be 200 characters long. Kind of stupid. Now I have to fill it with nonsense
