Kosovo will be represented by two athletes at the Winter Olympic Games Milano Cortina 2026, further strengthening the presence of Kosovar sport on the biggest winter sports stage.
Kiana Kryeziu and Drin Kokaj will represent Kosovo at the Games. Kryeziu has secured qualification in three alpine skiing disciplines — slalom, giant slalom, and super-giant slalom — in which she will compete in Italy, KosovaPress reports.
Kokaj, meanwhile, has met the qualification criteria in the slalom discipline, earning the right to represent Kosovo in the Olympic competitions.
The qualification process also included Lirika Deva and Vokshi, but under Olympic rules, Kosovo is represented by one athlete per gender, which opened the path for Kryeziu and Kokaj to qualify.
