I think this is the first (serious) film to cover the Lapland war. Also I could be wrong as this is only the teaser and not the full trailer but it looks more like a tv series production than a Finnish tv film budget (it doesn’t look as big as the other WW2 Finnish films).
Nice. I was an extra in this. The only Irishman that took part in the Lapland war!
I had fun doing it, very much looking forward to seeing the movie.
Volker Bruch was excellent in Babylon Berlin, so his casting here is promising
It’s interesting that this (less hyped) war finally gets its own movie.
Maybe now as the Lapland war is also covered, filmmakers could finally start making other than second world war themed war movies in Finland.
