The Chairman of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK), Ramush Haradinaj, has congratulated President Vjosa Osmani after the invitation she received from President Donald Trump to participate in the Peace Board in the US.
Haradinaj, through a post on the social network Facebook, wrote: “It is good news that President Trump invited the President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, especially in these extremely critical times for global security. The participation of Kosovo and Albania in the Peace Board, as members of a structure where leaders of the democratic world participate in efforts to build and maintain peace, under the leadership of the United States and President Trump, is a window of hope for us.”
According to him, this participation reinforces Kosovo’s role as a constructive factor of regional and global peace and stability.
“It also creates concrete opportunities for strengthening the strategic partnership with the US, which has been and remains the main pillar of Kosovo’s security, state-building and Euro-Atlantic orientation. Kosovo’s return as a reliable and serious partner of the United States is vital not only for guaranteeing national security, but also for advancing our state interests, including Euro-Atlantic integration, economic development and strengthening the country’s international position,” Haradinaj wrote. /Telegrafi/
