Shayanne Brantley was recognized for her compassion and service.

On Christmas Eve, the barista learned a patient’s daughter would be spending the holidays in the hospital and bought her a coffee for comfort.
She then went above and beyond – Brantley put together a gift basket with a blanket, coffee mug, lotions and a candle from the hospital gift shop and found the patient’s room number to deliver it.

She also stayed in touch with the patient and her family for weeks afterward.
