I know that this is more Ostrobothnian than Finnish, but I still wanted to share it hahaha. I fell in love with the design years ago, and since I know how to knit… nothing was stopping me from making one myself!

I probably won’t wear it in Finland when I visit my friends over there though, idk if it would be a bit weird since I don’t have any Finnish heritage LOL

Just wait till you hear what country Ostrobothnia is in!

    2. You should wear it, we wont mind 🙂 just don’t wear the black and blue version, lapua shirt, unless you want to signal being part of old fasict group.

No one will think it’s weird. They’ll be amazed when they find out you made it yourself.

Looks great. I have the blue-gray version and started to use it after a 15 yr pause. Found it from my parents and it still fitted. It is a bit of a statement even in Finland, but I like it.

I LOVE IT! wear and tear it with pride and health, especially when you are in Österbotten and elsewhere in Pohjanmaa 🙂
