Why isn’t Grok legally required to be programmed to say no to requests to create sexualized images of children? It could respond with a legal caution and report the request instead of producing the images on demand.
If a person was asked to create sexualized images of children and then proceeded to make thousands upon thousands of images for a network of consumers, criminal charges would be warranted.

With scale comes discoverability and (negative) impacts. And a related issue that so far remains unaddressed is liability.
