swiss neutrality was also turning away jews at the border and sending them back into certain death to not anger Adolf.

but keep believing the bs. “the reduit would have made it too costly for germany to attack us.” sure, you dipshits. germany simply didn’t have to attack us, as we cooperated anyway.

Funny to perceive it as showing muscles or not when it’s actually about being complicit or not.
Does swiss people find virility on letting child drown in front of them? So why they find it cool to let child die on concentration camp. Will never understand.
They see themsleves as Gerlat de Riv except they are scared of being the Butcher of Blaviken, they just sit and do nothing. French call it passive collaborationnism.

Or should I say active when we know that 4/5 of the Reichsbank gold went threw switzerland. But there are real memes braging about that dark past.
No planes but yes to gold, lending money, selling weapons, allowing ressources to use there rail to exchange ressources with fascist Italy, asking nazis to put a red J on jewish passeport to be able to recognize jewish refugee, taking over stolen arts, and industry collaboration.
Looks like it wasn’t about neutrality but about obedience and becoming making switzerland indpsensable to nazis to not getting invaded, something that would inevitabely happen if nazis won the war. Looks like people are right about the lame dog, to afraid to fight.

Learned 2 years ago that Switzerland shot down German planes in WW2. So even if they didn’t get attacked direktly, they did defend their airspace. Compared to other staates nothing big to talk about, but it’s not like they completly was out of WW2

  6. Nazi Germany actually accused Switzerland of being pro-Allies, as allied bombers faced less opposition than German bombers during the invasion of France did.

In reality due to the prolonged war Switzerland just couldn’t expend as much fuel and ammo as earlier

Lol, right .. and dozens of Swiss doctors working on the eastern front effectively being aides to the Wehrmacht, supplies for the Balkan theatre running through the Simpson tunnel, etc etc .. there goes your neutrality
