If only I took that Maxim magazine more seriously instead of just looking at the chick’s in it. I remember spread in it talking about andom tech stuff and items. Was to busy looking at the other spreads.

It looks like he did get the 500 BTC about a month later, and also another 100 BTC.
There were a few other transactions, then he emptied the wallet about a year later. The wallet would be worth ~$55M today if he hadn’t sold.
