    What the immigration lawyer is claiming and what appears to be in the legislation aren’t lining up.

    It doesn’t stop appeals.

    Edit : He naturally makes money from many appeals though, so he’s talking his book

  3. Lawyers arguing that judicial reviews need to remain in the High court and not be handled in the circuit courts?

    These pricks are the problem (with everything).
