1. Press the Citycom card on the digits between 5-6 until the bulb turns green
2. In order to add the door card you must call the company service number from Monday-Friday 10am till 6pm
3. In order to open the door remotely you must call your hallway door phone number ( it literally says that .. ) when you call and it rings the door will open.
