That’s serious, government altering a photo is fraud. Especially, if it’s being used as an official record. Doing something like that in the pre-trump era would scrutinized for months. Too much is being normalized under trumps authoritarian take over.

We really need some laws about Ai generated content tagging. Not sure where this trash is published but hopefully it has a community comment section that can add the context that the image has been manipulated.
I also hope that this person is able to somehow be compensated for the fakery. This was not meant to meme, a meme would have been clear and obvious. This is meant to deceive.
