ARLINGTON, Va. (7News) — VHC Health officials are asking for volunteers to help transport staff to and from the Arlington, Virginia, hospital on Monday morning, according to a statement from the agency.

The center said it’s looking for volunteers with a valid driver’s license and a four-wheel drive vehicle to help staff get to and from the facility due to a strong winter storm that hit the region over the weekend.
This comes as Arlington Rapid Transit and other regional agencies suspend or limit bus services on Monday.
Hospital officials ask anyone who feels comfortable driving in winter conditions and is willing to volunteer to call 703-558-5000.
