Finland has become one of Europe’s most dynamic startup hubs, powered by strong public support, deep talent pools, and a collaborative innovation culture. Its competitive edge in digital infrastructure, R&D intensity, and transparent regulatory systems continues to attract both local and international founders, creating an ecosystem built for global scale.

According to PitchBook, Finnish startups raised over €1.5B in venture capital in 2025, fuelled by rapid growth in quantum computing, space tech, healthtech, and enterprise software. With this momentum, Finland now stands out among Nordic innovation hubs for its ability to attract sizable capital and support companies from early-stage concepts to globally competitive scaleups.

With that in mind, here are 10 Finnish VC firms to watch in 2026, funds that play a crucial role at the earliest stages, backing pre-idea, pre-seed, and seed founders with funding, networks, and hands-on support to get started in Finland.
