A winery estate under the Tuscan sun is yours for the taking.

Nestled in the hills of Siena, Italy, the property spans almost 15 acres of vineyards that can make an impressive 20,000 bottles of wine every year. The company producing the wine operates organically, and its bottles have won international awards. Along with vino, the estate also produces premium extra-virgin olive oil.

At the center of the spread is an 18th-century manor house measuring just over 8,600 square feet. The updated residence is decked out with bright hallways and natural materials like stone, brick, and light wood. Multiple fireplaces are at your disposal, in both the formal living/dining area and in a more casual family room.

Throughout the main house, there are eight bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Two free-standing guest quarters add a couple of separate options for friends and family who may come to visit. Elsewhere, there’s a multipurpose room, a wellness area with a spa and gym, and a recently expanded cellar outfitted for winemaking, aging, and storage.

Along with the rows and rows of grapevines, the land is planted with orchards for your enjoyment. If you’re interested in more active pursuits, you could swim laps in the pool just a few steps from the main residence or practice your backhand on the tennis court. After working up an appetite in the more temperate months, meals can be taken at the outdoor dining pavilion alongside the home.

The winery estate is being offered for a smidge under $10 million with Daniela Gisti at Italy Sotheby’s International Realty. If Tuscany is calling to you but you don’t feel like operating a winery, another property in the region hit the market in October. Listed for $2.6 million, the restored 17th-century apartment was owned by the same Italian family for more than 300 years. And if you’re more interested in drinking wine than making it, you could indulge in some après ski at an Italian mountain home. Late last year, a ski chalet in the Dolomites came to market for $12.8 million. The wooden Alpine home overlooks the 3Tre peak and is outfitted with cozy materials that beckon in the winter.
