Sigfrido Ranucci, the Privacy Guarantor’s sanction to Rai on the Sangiuliano case has been annulled

The court accepts the appeal and declares the fine of 150 thousand euros void: it was legitimate and in the public interest to broadcast the audio and furthermore the Guarantor carried out the investigations outside the time limits established by law.
