Japanese man beaten and bag stolen in Manila; There’s other incident of Japanese being attacked elsewhere. Embassy calling for caution

On Jan. 24, a Japanese man was attacked with something like a stick and had his bag stolen in Manila, Philippines. The man was seriously injured. There have also been other incidents of Japanese people being attacked in other places, and the embassy is calling for caution.
