Yes, for a 24h period from Monday to Friday. Weekends and holidays: no time limit.
On weekdays 24hrs at once, on weekends freely.
No, excepts Sat + Sun
Edit: I’m the wrong one here. You can park less than 24hrs on weekdays, freely on weekends

Forget about the struggle of learning the Finnish language, Finnish parking signs are way more challenging, IMHO /s
No (except weekends). The added info with “no parking” -sign always just tells when/where the sign is active, NOT how you should ignore it?!
Is there some kind of app for deciphering Finnish parking signs? This seems like something a computer would be better at than humans
