This is for people who have digestive problems, those who have other health problems and avoid white bread, and I believe those who do fitness or are on diets "restrictive".

It has always been an urban legend that there is no black bread in most bakeries, just white bread with a little flour. "unbleached" even with added color (some say they use cocoa).

For those who have knowledge, which bakeries have real rye bread? In Pristina, I only know about the Artizan oven.

  1. Une e konsumoj buke te zeze me fara (premium bakery), shpresoj te jene reale. Ose permdryshe duhet me fillu me konsumu buket integrale nga jashte (italia e gjermania) qe gjenden neper supermarkete dhe jane gati 2fish ma shtrenjte.

  2. Nuk besoj qe esht ngjyros po esht perzi miell i bukes tbardh te maru buken e zez qe esht hala ma shum alarmante qe ka cross contamination gjat prodhimit

  3. Buka e zezë gjithkun napër botë osht buzzword edhe ni lloj scami. Psh njerzt menojnë që osht ma e shnetshme ose t’nimon për dopsim, a realisht “shneta” ktu osht shum subjektive edhe buka e zezë (rye bread) ka veç ~10% ma pak kalori. Ka njerz me probleme gastrike, që për ta niveli ma i naltë i fibrave osht i papreferushëm.

    Përndryshe po, kena shum mungesë t’produkteve cilsore (edhe t’lira).
