Ironic cause those wouldn’t even be called *sardynki* over here – we mostly use that name for canned pilchards, while these seem to be canned sprats which we call *szprotki.*

I’ve bought King Oscar brand canned mackerel that was product of Poland and also smoked salmon at Aldi that was product of Poland

Funny because Poland desn’t have big fishing fleet or a lot of teritorial waters with acces to many fish.
