Experience with Proind

What are your experiences with the company Proind doo (measurements of buildings, legalization of buildings, etc.)?

I hired him last year for the layout of the premises and the legalization of the building, and I can say that this model (Boris Nose) is a seriously ill person, if not even a psychopath. Even in the process itself, he made a lot of mistakes, which delayed the process for me, because it was necessary to supplement things, of course there were always a lot of excuses from his side, he was never at fault. After many problems, the facility was finally legalized and I was finally able to finish with this man.

But after a few months, he calls me drunk as a monkey, regarding the negative review on google reviews. He claimed that I wrote this review, even though I didn’t. The more I tried to tell him that I had nothing to do with it and that I was down for him and all, the more he insisted that I delete the rating if he didn’t come to my house. After I hung up he kept calling me a few more times until I blocked the number, then he called me for a few more days from different numbers that I blocked, and apparently he finally ran out of numbers. A few weeks after that I received a letter from a law firm telling me to delete the review or they would sue me for defamation and lying.

I don’t know what to do because I really don’t feel like going to court for something like this, although I think he is bluffing and probably doing the same with other former clients. There were several other negative reviews not too long ago, but they disappeared, so it apparently managed to scare a few people away.

I myself agree very much with the review that was published, because he reeked of alcohol and made mistakes with me, but I still can’t tell him that I didn’t write it. But you can already see what kind of person he is from his answers to the evaluations.

I already posted this post in another sub and another former client of his contacted me that he is harassing for the exact same thing.
