Rochester, N.Y. — A man convicted in connection to a kidnapping in Greece was sentenced Friday to five years of felony probation, according to the Monroe County District Attorney’s Office.

Jayquon Martin, his brother, Mikquon Williams, and his father, Lennis Williams, were all initially charged with kidnapping a 13-year-old boy Sept. 28, 2024 at Glenora Gardens apartment complex, according to the Greece Police Department.

Police said Martin confronted the victim when he entered the apartment building, brandished a rifle, threatened the teen and forcibly detained him in an apartment room for roughly 45 minutes. During that time, police said Martin made the teen undress and cut off his hair.

Mikquon Williams and his father then came to help abduct the victim after Martin called him, according to police.

Police said responding officers found Mikquon and Lennis Williams seated on either side of the victim, who was naked and handcuffed, in the back seat of a vehicle parked outside of the complex.
