  2. It’s the highest mountain in the solar system but the slope is so gradual you could easily walk it without too much effort (aside from a couple hundred miles of hiking)

  3. Why would they position their largest city Phoenix right near the caldera? Did they think Phoenix wasn’t hot enough already?

  4. Now, what’s funny is that this is a much larger percentage of its world’s surface. On Earth, this would be Yellowstone-level catastrophe if it popped. On Mars, that must have affected climate for eons.

  5. Pretty sure I had a pimple that same shape and size on my forehead whne I was a teen. My mom called it my third eye.
