Bank balance, directorships, party, mates, country, foreign interests, constituents, policy, UK.

      Mr Holden’s… Priority order.

Obviously, Family, will jump to top of list , should they be found to have been involved in some act of impropriety or about to resign for being a bellend caught red-handed trying to make an arse out of the electorate.

This has been a bit like the England football team. Didn’t expect them to win, but this has been a terrible performance from the tories.

At this point the tories are basically the meme with the guy on the bike putting a stick through the spokes and going “I can’t believe labour have done this”

    4. The Tories have been around since about 1688, under one name or the other. They’re the most successful party in the world based on the number of years that they’ve been in power. With a huge institutional knowledge of how to fight elections. Yet they’re completely on the run. Sunak seems to have given up on campaigning. They still haven’t launched their manifesto. I’m the first to quote Hanlon’s Razor

      >Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity/incompetence.

But they do seem to be sabotaging their election chances even more than they sabotaged the country. As though Sunak wants them to all have a Portiloo moment. Including himself.

at this point, it looks like they are TRYING to fail.

The problem with that theory is that it leaves them weak and unable to fend off Reform.

I speculate alot of senior Tories are playing a long game, and them merging with Reform is the end goal.

Where was this aggressive journalism before it all went to shit?

And to think he’s genuinely a possible future party leader, depending on who keeps their seats…
