Note that the title doesn’t point out that they don’t count hybrids as Gas Cars – more hybrids were sold than EVs or pure gas cars still.

The union of Danish motorists (FDM) said they expected EVs to account for 95% of sales in Denmark this year.
Which is kind of crazy since EVs are still kind of a bother (and not nearly the same economic win) for the half of the population who live in apartments. Of cause those of us who do are also a fair bit less likely to buy a car (or a second car) in the first place.

This data counts hybrids as EV, even those mild ones with shiiity small electric motors, while those are basicly ICE…. And of course only petrol cars, diesels are missing from ICE number as well… Id call this article propaganda to suit a thesis/agenda, not really something that usefull for anything.

This is only true because of the data classifying hybrids separately from petrol cars and then the article leaving hybrids out of the petrol car category.
Hybrids are petrol cars. They have no plug, only a filler neck. They do get excellent fuel mileage though, I highly recommend them if you want a petrol car.
So adding the hybrids back into petrol cars (assuming all hybrids are petrol and not Diesel, presumably virtually all are):
635,370 petrol vehicles (petrol powered)
308,955 EVs (electricity powered)
123,460 plug-in hybrids (petrol and electric powered)
~70,000 diesel passenger vehicles (diesel powered)
I think this is still an impressive showing. And EV sales are up 50%! And I think a lot more people would be happy with an EV as their next vehicle.
The EU is trailing behind these overall figures, especially on the EVs. These huge EV numbers are being fed a lot by Norway.

Not really convinced that EVs are a mature technology, I honestly think they need several more years.

EVs are coming despite theUS government trying to push an alternative narrative – it will just take time.
