Heard sirens whilst in class at the Tafe building opposite railway square and happened to look down. Saw a bunch of cops running out of their vehicles. Have no idea what’s happening. Did anyone on the street see anything?
There’s actually 3 police vehicles. The 3rd one is under the leaves of the tree on the left.

Realistically it might be a mental health episode. Probably more likely than just a medical emergency given the police presence.
