  1. I look forward to watching it on the ABC. It’s always a fun time. Love how gay Sydney is. Seeing so many couples out and proud is beautiful to see. I even see cute gay couples in the hills district. I wanna see big change, where lgbt people are free to be themselves, not just in the inner city, but all over Sydney!

  2. About 10 years ago, I worked at a big-ish company, and we set up an LGBT+ society which had about 30 members. We were keen to get a spot on the parade and the diversity team in HR were willing to invest about 10k. When we enquired, the sponsorship team said we could not get a company float unless we paid a lot more and then we would need to pay more to be able to include the company logo and name. (Also the person we were dealing with was quite pretentious in emails.)

    We ended up not going ahead, but still managed to secure some of that money to go towards Twenty10 and ACON and got an extra volunteer day.
