It’s a neat theory but 1 neutrino, which the detection of can’t be independently verified by any other instrument (IceCube never saw it) doesn’t give this much weight.
The article doesn’t really explain why we’ve only seen one. Making up a new, imaginary type of black hole to fit 1 observation, is at best poor science.
