    It’s a mark of respect to an Irish born man who passed away last week. The company he cofounded is responsible for much of the infrastructure built in Victoria over the last 30 years. He was liked and respected by pretty much everybody. His knowledge is also a huge loss to both the industry and Victoria. It’s a loveky tribute for one of the good guys

  3. One of the founders of a major concreting company in Victoria passed away last week, he was Irish as is a lot of the crew. I expect the memorial was today (or very recent/soon) and this is just the guys on the ground paying their respects.

  4. I noticed an Irish flag on one of the mobile cranes at the Greensborough end of the ring rd today also.
