    This is insane.

There’s at least a couple of cops there who ought to get charged, and that joker in the bike hat who seemingly caused the incident by being both aggro and clumsy as shit needs to get kept far away from protesters.

There’d be pretty good odds of this winding up in a civil lawsuit I reckon.

  2. Shocking. So what is the next step? How do we get every single one of these fucks fired and put into prison?

  3. They’re really beating the peace into that guy. He should have had his hands up further!

  4. Had his HANDS UP. Dipshit turd on the bike GRABS him as he is falling over himself and as a result they lay in to an older man who had already surrendered.

  5. The legal observers (in pink) should have captured that disgusting assault and hopefully that can help a prosecution to occur.

seriously can just pull him aside a arrest him, no need to assault him, those bullies with badges need to be investigated

Woah, actual punches aren’t on. That’s not getting control of someone refusing to cooperate with police that’s assault. Then add the fact the guy had his hands up. Absolute disgrace – really hope the ABC, Guardian etc but this up.

What the FUCK. For what purpose should cops ever be burring punching into someone. It doesn’t even help restrain them for fucks sake. It’s purely because they can and because they want to. They’re enjoying it

Old mate, tries to to help the copper not fall off his bike and gets beaten up for the privilege.

A few coppers here need to be told to keep their pants on. If it didn’t look painful and distressing you would run Benny hill music to it.

  10. So not only do they fucking waste money on cops resources, this is an easy pay day for that guy.

More money wasted by the government.

The only positive here is they aren’t covering their faces.

Get wreckt in the courts coppers

  12. I’ve been to tons of protests in Sydney before but none where the cops have behaved as badly as they have tonight. When they were pushing the horses down George St I deadset thought there was going to be a crowd crush, I’ve never felt so jammed in my life and my chest still feels a bit weird, all it would have taken was one person to fall over and it would have been a disaster.

It’s clear the laws have emboldened them to behave like the goons they want to be. If people don’t take a stand and rein them in then who knows how bad they’ll get
