DENMARK, Maine (WABI) – A home in Denmark was destroyed by fire.
It happened on East Main Street around 1:30 p.m. Friday.
Officials say the fire caused two explosions inside the home.
Authorities say everyone was able to make it out, but the homeowner was treated for a minor burn injury.
Officials also say a firefighter was injured after slipping on ice.
Investigators with the Fire Marshal’s Office say the fire likely started in an electrical panel or a wall-mounted electric heater.
