FIFA Academy arrives in Kosovo
Kosovo is hosting FIFA’s official youth talent development program for the first time. The academy offers modern training, FIFA-certified programs, and international standards, providing unique opportunities for young football enthusiasts.
Selection for players born in 2013 began on February 7, 2026, and is taking place across all regions of Kosovo. After Ferizaj, the next phase of selection is in Gjilan, while the academy’s plans include expansion throughout the country.
This FIFA program aims to identify and develop Kosovo’s most promising football talents, preparing them for the future in the country’s most popular sport.
