Ok, firstly, ripping a wheelie on a scooter is actually pretty sick, those things have no torque, secondly, is he using his phone with his left hand while he does it? It looks like he goes to put something in his pocket after.

I was going to try out that Mexican place tonight.
Instead there were at least 2 fire engines, 1 firey search & rescue, 2 cop cars, and an ambulance.
Had to skirt around the laneway behind the Enmore because they’d blocked the road. Seemed pretty calm after all that. The fireys were packing up and the ambos just sitting around. Probably all OK, fingers crossed.
