I was thinking about where to post this, and I have reflected that this miserable practice of offering positions in which no relevant information for the candidate appears is quite Spanish. As if the presumption were how lucky you are to be able to apply even if you don’t even know what, starved as hell.
On LinkedIn without going any further, when I receive messages from IT recruiters, normally if the company is foreign the approximate salary is explained in the first message, while if it is Spanish it is not. For example.
Now, while I was looking at nonsense on Facebook, one of these group travel ads came up, and I thought it might make sense for me to sometime apply as a group leader to try out the experience because I travel a lot anyway. But I have been looking at the website and there is no relevant information for the candidate. Nothing. Not even in the FAQ section.
I’m not saying that there is no exact financial compensation, which I could understand; I say that I don’t even know if there is one. Nothing. It’s a mystery what the incentive is for this position where they ask you to make a video about yourself before you even know if you’re interested. I’m about to make a video in which I appear telling them that if they are interested, they can send me a video explaining what they would offer me, and if so, I will answer them.
