The justice system allows most people to just pay for bail and walk until the court case takes place, this can take years. Some of these people don’t give a shit about how they behave nor do they have remose so things like are happen.

Because you are Innocent until proven guilty and he has yet to be proven guilty thus according to EU law you must grant bail as asmuch as there is a chance you are proven guilty there is the same chance you are proven innocent.
As much as we might not like it, we wouldn’t be complaining if it is us who is incarcerated innocently
