The president of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises, Spyros Theodoropoulos, and Fredrik Persson, the president of BusinessEurope, the leading European employer organization, sent a jointly signed letter to Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, asking him to strengthen the business environment, in view of Thursday’s summit of European Union leaders.
The employers propose a package of five measures to strengthen European competitiveness by reducing energy costs and slashing bureaucracy, increasing investment in innovation, boosting employment and skills, and adding more trade agreements.
