One of the largest (if not the largest) total area of oceanic EEZ control. The only country that potentially has a larger EEZ is France. Depends if you count continental shelf control or not.
Also, the land area and ocean area that the US controls is roughly 1:1, which is sort of rare since most countries either have more land or more water. The US is both a land and sea power.
