Mayo’s Tócame entered the second semi-final of the Benidorm Fest as the act with the most Spotify streams at almost 700 000.
Another six acts have qualified for the Grand Final of Benidorm Fest, after the second semi-final wrapped up this morning Australia time.
The Spanish music festival continues its tradition of being run annually since 2022, despite Spain withdrawing from Eurovision for the first time ever this year.
50% of the result was decided by an expert jury, whilst a demoscopic jury and the public vote made up 25% of the decision-making each.
