Minor Hotels has announced plans to relaunch the brand later this year, debuting at the new NH Collection Hotel located at Sydney Airport.

bring on the cheesy toast and questionably hygienic salad bar
(the toddler sneeze seasoning really gives it the edge)

  2. Ahh good I’ve got enough time to travel to Dehli to try to build a gut biome robust enough for the salad bar

Went to Sizzler in Tokyo recently and loved it (combination of Japanese standards and some serious nostalgia).

Hope they can bring back that feeling.

  4. I expect this to flop because of corporate greed, it will probably have very milquetoast hospital style food at unnecessarily high prices.

Hopefully the Sizzler restaurants in hotels won’t be restricted to hotel patrons and anyone can walk in, especially if the standalone locations are few and far in-between.

  6. Oh *fuck* yeah. All of the actual meals were dreadful, but you better believe I’m excited for the salad bar (food poisoning be damned)

I would commit *so many crimes* for the chance to have those potato skins again…
