Went to Sizzler in Tokyo recently and loved it (combination of Japanese standards and some serious nostalgia).
Hope they can bring back that feeling.

I expect this to flop because of corporate greed, it will probably have very milquetoast hospital style food at unnecessarily high prices.

Hopefully the Sizzler restaurants in hotels won’t be restricted to hotel patrons and anyone can walk in, especially if the standalone locations are few and far in-between.
