      This is such a weird article lol. It’s like “Aussies are really enjoying an Asahi or Sapporo lager to wash down their tempura! People say the soft Japanese water really adds to the taste. Oh and by the way, those two companies own literally everything else you might want to drink too.”

      More accurate title: Kirin & Asahi have bought out most of the beer companies in Australia over the last few decades.

      My local pub has increased the pricing of “Aussie” beers, and made the Japanese beers cheaper…

      It’s $80 for a 30 block of VB in Launceston where I live. Price on beer is out of control. I believe the only “big” Aussie brewery left is coopers, sad that we sell everything

      I wish we still had lots of australian made and brewed beers and brewed properly instead of quickly. Might start buying coopers they still do everything right.
