“Values” of a country where over half of the voters willingly and eagerly voted for a man, publicly known to be a racist, pathological liar, convicted felon and rapist, friend of the most disgusting human trafficker and pedophile and potentially his client, to be their president and commander-in-chief. Twice.
No, thank you.

Some of the American values are honestly not that bad (e.g. the 1st amendment that Sikorski is seemingly mad about) and I’d be comfortable with adopting them here as long as we do it selectively.
Besides, it works in both directions. Have you noticed how Americans are super mad about Trump administration trying to introduce stuff like voter IDs and zero tolerance for illegal immigration, things that have always been the norm in Poland?

Poor Sikorski, US support free speech so he wouldn’t be able to change chief editors in media which are critical of him anymore. What a terrible world it would be.

It look like Trump family looks to impose the costs of their living on everyone around them without giving a slightest fuck about any values to be honest.

Nothing new,. Same old thing, new packaging. USA just switched from one extreme to another.

They tried since WW2 and even Sikorsky himself is not immune “wink wink”.
Just now those values went bananas and are no longer acceptable to anybody with a spine.

Many countries push their own version of freedom onto others. It’s interesting to see how different perspectives shape the idea of what freedom really means.
