Hoxhaj meets EU chief diplomat in Munich: It is necessary for Kosovo to receive candidate country status

Within the framework of the Munich Security Conference, PDK MP, Enver Hoxhaj, announces that he has held a meeting with the European Union’s Foreign Policy Chief, Kaja Kallas.

Hoxhaj announces that they discussed with Kallas the European future of Kosovo, “the necessity for our country to obtain candidate status for EU membership and the fact that the integration of the Western Balkans is not just a political issue, but a strategic project for Europe itself,” Hoxhaj writes.

“The integration of our region is the natural conclusion of the European project,” he said.
