    Interesting shift — a few years ago EU defence meant everyone buying outside Europe, now it’s starting to look more like Europeans actually building and buying from each other. Probably overdue given how much short-range air defence suddenly matters again.

  4. Only France is actually playing the “Buy from the EU” game correctly but somehow France is the devil if I listen to the average redditor.

    That’s the kind of news I like.

    That’s what the SAFE program is supposed to be about: help our domestic (European) industries get stronger. Not “subsidize the US / UK”
