The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, has received congratulations from France on February 17, the anniversary of Kosovo’s independence.

French President Emmanuel Macron, in addition to his congratulations, has asked Kosovo to implement the Brussels Agreement and the Ohrid Annex.
