Looks like a titan stick insect. They’re definitely the biggest species we get around Sydney. They can actually make pretty easy pets.

I took one about that big off the front of my bus and put it in a tree in Fairlight.
They’re pretty awesome. So hard to see in a tree even when you know where they are.
