Partners at BDO’s UK and Ireland firms have voted in favour of a merger amid a consolidation drive in the accountancy sector.
The merger, first announced in November 2025 and expected to complete this spring, will create a firm with £1.1bn in revenue. It will remain as part of BDO’s international network.
