Kyiv targets Lukashenka personally: Asset freezes, travel bans, and trade restrictions

On the 4th year. Zelensky still was dreaming about resuming good business he had with Lukashenko after 2020, apparently.

Yeah, sure:

>a ban on increasing the authorized capital of companies with participation of Belarusian residents

>termination of trade agreements and joint programs, including projects in the security and defense sphere. Additionally, a ban on technology transfer and intellectual property rights is introduced, cultural, scientific, educational, and sports contacts are terminated, visas are annulled, and a ban on entry into Ukraine is introduced, as well as a ban on acquiring land plots.

So, if “sanctions are imposed against Alyaksandr Lukashenka as an individual” all above applies only to him?
