      First of all why would Kosovo send troops? They still have to deal with Serbia and any potential conflicts with their Serb minority. Second Indonesia doesn’t even recognize Israel. Is there some kind of deal for Indonesia to recognize Israel in return to sending troops to Gaza?

      I’m not saying this is a great plan and yes it looks really silly but choosing nations that are primarily Muslim isn’t a bad idea for stability in the region it could be seen less as foreign invaders and more as members of the same faith providing security. Idk why those nations were chosen (probably their alignment with US foreign policies) but it does look odd seeing Indonesia Kosovo etc occupying Gaza. But I guess any foreign power aiding Israel in their occupation is odd.
